Language-aware extraction

Use spaCy-backed Dutch, English, and German models to extract candidate people, organizations, and concepts.

Hybrid custom vocabulary

Upload an optional TXT or CSV list of required terms per book so neologisms, specialist vocabulary, names, and house terms are included when they appear in the manuscript.

Editorial cleanup rules

Filter weak terms, normalize aliases, remove noisy prefixes, and apply cross references for cleaner back-of-book indexes.

Quotas and safeguards

Subscription plans limit monthly book volume, Free PDFs are capped at 100 pages, paid PDFs are capped at 900 pages, and required-term lists are capped at 400 terms and 10 MB by default.

Exports for production

Preview entries in the browser, then download TXT, DOCX, or ODT files for review, layout, or hand editing.

Admin operations

Administrators can review registered users, subscription state, book counts, recent activity, and download processing logs for support.
