IndexGenie does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking cookies in the application.
Account and manuscript data
We store account details needed to sign in, payment status, uploaded PDF manuscripts, generated indexes, exports, processing logs, and download records needed to operate the service.
Payments
Single Book checkout is handled by Mollie when Mollie is the active provider. IndexGenie stores payment identifiers and status, but payment details are handled by the payment provider. Stripe subscription code remains configurable for a later switch.
Retention
Uploaded manuscripts and generated files remain available in the workspace until the user or an administrator deletes them.
